That’s why we’re launching a new corner called the Seoul Chingunae Munbanggu where we’ll introduce a variety of playful products.
In Korea, Munbanggu(문방구) is what we call the small neighborhood shop many of us visited as kids. It’s where you’d find school supplies for studying, along with little toys that spark joy and nostalgia. We hope visitors to Seoul can step into that childlike spirit at our Munbanggu(Stationery Shop)—discovering fun items and picking up a souvenir that captures the memory of your journey.
Our first item is called “Ask the Stars”.
This product suggests a bucket list of ways to experience Seoul in the most authentically Korean way. Explore the city like the locals do—immersively and for real. And each time you check something off, fold a strip of paper into a tiny star to preserve your Seoul memories, one by one.
